CNC Lathe setter/operator
Setting up of the 2 axis Fanuc CNC controlled lathes to existing part programs in a busy jobbing shop.
An understanding of Fanuc G code programming would be a benefit.
There are 4 different machines of varying size from 200mm dia chuck to 450mm dia chuck.
It is usually 3 jaw chucks as workholding with hard and soft jaws.
Batch sizes vary up to 100 off.
All equipment required to perform the tasks is supplied by the company. Job specific training would be provided if required.
